Terms of Participation

By registering for the Executive Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The Executive Retreat is a professional event designed for senior leaders in supportive housing, homelessness, and public policy.

• Participation is limited to registered attendees only.

• Program details, speakers, facilitators, panelists, and the event schedule are subject to change without notice.

• The retreat will operate under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open, candid, and constructive discussion.​

Contact Information

By registering, you consent to your name, title, organization, and email address being shared with event participants, speakers, facilitators, panelists, sponsors, and event partners for networking and professional follow-up purposes related to the Executive Retreat.

If you do not wish to have your information shared, you must notify the organizers in writing prior to the event by emailing Nick Falvo or Jacob Gorenkoff.

Photography & Media

Photography and videography will take place throughout the Executive Retreat.

By registering, you consent to the use of photographs and video containing your image for promotional, marketing, and communications purposes, including use on websites, social media, future event promotions, and other Executive Retreat materials.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify Nick Falvo or Jacob Gorenkoff by email prior to the event. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Registration & Ticket Policy

In the event that the Executive Retreat is cancelled by the organizers, we reserve the right to transfer your paid registration to a future Executive Retreat hosted by Homeward Public Affairs and Nick Falvo Consulting.

Please note that registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred once to another individual from the same organization, provided the organizers are notified in advance.
